I carry you back, to my house. Where in these very hot days of August, I took the courage to put a little order in some rooms.
There is still much to do to organize the interior spaces. But I didn’t have too high goals. First I Throw or give away the superfluous (just because sometimes it is so therapeutic!). And then I made some change out of a long period of immobility, after last winter. I realized that I have not tasted spring this year, which usually carries the same wind of renewal. It was cold. Colors and meadows appeared rarely … and to make matters worse I had the balcony unusable (due to the renovation of the facade) until July!
The balcony is usually the first of my creative place during the year. I must have suffered severely deprivation to decide to reorder with this hot as hell! ::)
I started from Gioia’s room. It ‘s the editing room that frequently because it is small and if it is not organized is hard to feel good.
And then because the baby grows quickly and needs to know or be aware of his new toys and relive them, perhaps differently, as it changes.
You, if you have children, how do you live this change of space and furnishings based on age?
I managed primarily divide and renew the games. I used bottom of the bed as a hidden compartment and shelves hidden at first sight the room. I cleaned a little the furniture and the color combinations. I added some “masterpiece” of my little artist here and there. :) What do you think?
I’m pretty satisfied! However I’d like to make a few adjustments to the colors, such as lightening the doors and windows with a beautiful white, and change the paviment.
Well, see you soon with glimpses of other rooms and other super stuff that I have collected in the past few months and I would love to share with you!
